Who is Alistair?

Alistair Whitehead

I’ve been a DVSA approved driving instructor since 1997. I started my career with the British School of Motoring (BSM), where I worked for over seven years before launching Alistair’s Driving School.

Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds of learners of all ages and abilities. My focus has always been to deliver the same high standards you’d expect from a large driving school but with a personal touch.

To stay up to date with changes in the industry, I regularly attend CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events and keep up with the latest guidance and resources.

I’m passionate about what I do. I still get a real buzz every time a student passes; especially when they’ve found learning to drive a challenge. I’m also a member of the Driving Instructors Association (DIA).
